TRAINING and DEVELOPMENT



Training is which utilizes a systematic an organized procedure by which trains acquired technical knowledge and skills definite purpose.

Training methods
1.      Lecture method:-
-          In lecture method trainer gives inputs. it is theoretical
2.      Role-play method:-
-          Eg; act like finance manager for training purpose
-          Practical method of training
3.      In-basket method:-
-          Observing workers to know their work for training purposes
4.      Brain storming method:-
-          People together and thinking and discussion. (discuss into the team)

-          It involves classroom training with the help of equipment and machine of the work place.
